Statute of Limitations

Please remember that every claim is governed by a Statute of Limitation.  This is a specified time period under the law within which a person must assert a claim.  The time periods differ from state to state and from one type of claim to another.  If you fail to assert your claim within the applicable Statue of Limitations period the claim is forever barred, regardless of the severity of injury.

If you believe you have a claim you should contact our office immediately.  We can help.
